Meet Kelley Archer
Kelley is a career residential real estate professional and holds a North and South Carolina Brokers license. She has been a new home marketing specialist for over 30 years in the Charlotte area. Kelley was named Marketing Director of the Year, 2 times over the past several years, by the Homebuilders Association of Raleigh-Wake County for her work on 12 Oaks – a master-planned community in Holly Springs, North Carolina. She also has won this award from the Charlotte Homebuilders for her work on the MillBridge Community. Kelley holds a Masters Degree in Residential Marketing from the National Association of Home Builders, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Miami of Ohio University. Kelley has lived in Charlotte since 1988 and is married to Charlottean Charile Archer. They have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren! Kelley is also owner and broker in charge of Front Door Impressions Realty. We are thrilled that Kelley is our founder and active participant in all aspects of the FDI’s!
Meet Karen Roboz Rossitch
Karen obtained an undergraduate degree from NC State University in Business Administration, her law degree from Wake Forest University and is an active licensed real estate broker in North Carolina with Front Door Impressions Realty. She and her husband Alex live in Charlotte where they have raised 5 children and have 2 grandchildren. Karen and her twin sister Tonina have been renovating, staging and flipping homes in the Charlotte area for over 12 years. Karen manages a crew of licensed contractors and specializes in reconfiguring existing home spaces to optimize modern design concepts. She also has a knack for accessorizing properties and is our lead project designer and project manager. Karen, after having lots of children likes to keep busy and with the FDI’s, she sure is doing that!
