We purchased a “tear down” right before the pandemic.  While in the process of permitting it was looking like the project would be indefinitely stalled due to the pandemic.  Tonina came in and used her magic to re-work the space, and open up some walls.  With her vision and a much modified budget, we were able to remodel rather than tear down.  The results are amazing.  We kept the charming features of the house and still were able to include modern fixtures.  I could not be happier.  Even my fussy husband who doesn’t like change was thrilled with all her designs.
